From the North: Take 95S to I-295S, exit number 4, towards Woonsocket. Follow I-295S to the RI-122 exit, number 10, towards Cumberland. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Turn left at the light onto Mendon Road/RI-122N/RI-116N.  Go approximately 0.1 mile, and turn right onto Store Hill Road. Turn right onto Front Street. The River Lofts at Ashton Mill are on your left; follow signs to the Leasing Office.
